Dear Emma, thanks for your wonderful, wise and witty writing! As far as A is concerned....how about ACCEPTANCE where we PwP can occasionally stop weeping about, ignoring or fixating on PD. Something like: ok l've got an incurable neuro-degenerative disease......but l have other sh#t going on too! I'll tell you why....it's because l don't want to be anxious all the time or let PD dominate my life (which it mainly does). So just a plea for one "nice" thing alongside all the scarey stuff! A big thanks again for being there! xx 🥰
