While I don't shout my diagnosis from the rooftops, I don't hide it either. Responses are always interesting, ranging from "you don't look like you have Parkinson's" to "oh my goodness, I am so, so sorry". Letting people know in the workplace is a double-edge sword. If you tell people, does it limit your chances of advancement. If you don't tell people and they find out, you're labelled as not being honest. I'm lucky, my retirement and my diagnosis aligned quite well.
