Only really became aware through your article and others. I certainly have much reduced PD symptoms when exposed to sunlight regularly. I live in a very sun deprived area especially in our long dark winters but I do try to access as much as possible.
I’ve,always known that to be a mother with non adult children and have YOPD is to be a rarity. But maybe it is rare because nobody wants to have the sheer amount of STRESS it entails. Pour that bubble bath and go wallow my love! I have just poured myself a glass (small) of wine…we deserve it !

At that time of the day, the wavelengths of light are longer and more readily penetrate the gloom, even if you can't see them.
