Functioning as a normal person (and trying to appear to be normal for the sake of others) has exhausted me for years. I liked who I used to be prior to PD but over the past year I have discovered that my futile clinging to my old "normalcy" or image of myself distracts me from discovering who I have become. So, that is my thought on the new year - to pull away the parts of me shredded by PD, reduce the stress of normalcy, and find out if my true self remains untouched. Thanks for raising the question.
lemme get some tea...be right over.
Yey!
Sounds like a great idea ❤️❤️
Thanks xx
