Half memoir, half rant, half wine menu. I stagger through the trials and joys of living with this infuriating disease from the perspective of a menopausal-at-the-end-of-her-tether 48-year-old woman.

This comes with the following trigger warnings:

distressing descriptions of domesticity, running out of wine, reference to teenager tantrums, getting stuck in clothing, cancelling events, trying to shower daily and more

It also covers:

social injustice, medical challenges, depression, suicide, chronic illness, graphic bodily functions, extreme symptoms, death

But above and beyond all of the above it has swearing, much swearing.
